1. Eligibility

The SolClash Giveaway 2026 ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of the organizer are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

  • Provide a valid Facebook profile URL
  • Share the required Facebook reel publicly on their timeline
  • Follow the required Facebook page
  • Submit their entry through the official entry form

3. Entry Limits

One entry per person. Duplicate entries, including entries from the same Facebook profile, or device, will be disqualified. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraud.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected randomly from all valid, verified entries after the giveaway period ends. The organizer's decision is final. Winners will be notified via Facebook within 7 days of selection.

5. Prize

The prize pool is as advertised. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification or forfeit the prize.

6. Verification

Due to Facebook limitations, share and follow tasks are subject to manual admin review. The organizer reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entry that does not meet the requirements.

7. Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: uses bots or automated tools, provides false information, uses VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions, or engages in any fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

The organizer is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any issues arising from Facebook platform changes. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data will not be sold to third parties.

10. Modifications

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
